• Account Information:
Name, email, phone number, password.
• Vehicle Information:
VIN, license plate number, make, model, year.
• Uploaded Images & Videos:
Photos of vehicle damage for AI analysis.
• Booking Information:
Preferred appointment times, shop selection, repair details.
• Communication Data:
Messages exchanged with repair shops through our in-app chat.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information:
Device type, OS version, mobile network, IP address.
• Usage Data:
App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, performance analytics.
• Location Information (Optional)
Used to:
◦ Calculate labor rates based on ZIP code
◦ Suggest nearby body shops
◦ Improve estimate accuracy
You may disable location access anytime in your device settings.

C. AI + Photos & Estimation Data

YINMO, LLC uses AI-powered image analysis to detect damage and generate estimates.
We do not sell or publicly share your images. They are used only for:
• Damage detection
• Estimate generation
• Improving AI accuracy (anonymized)
We may store anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve model performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
• Generate AI-powered vehicle damage estimations
• Provide parts pricing, labor-rate calculations, and repair recommendations
• Connect you with local body shops
• Facilitate booking and communication
• Improve AI accuracy and app performance
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations
We never sell your data.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We may share minimal data with:
• Body shops you choose to send an estimate or book with
• Service providers (hosting, analytics, authentication, AI processing)

We do NOT:
