These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YinMo mobile application and
services (“Service”). By using YinMo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the YinMo app means you agree to:
• These Terms
• Our Privacy Policy
• Any additional guidelines inside the app
If you do not agree, please stop using YinMo.

2. YinMo Services

YinMo provides:
• AI-powered vehicle damage detection
• Parts and labor estimate generation
• Connections to repair shops
• Booking and communication tools
YinMo is not a body shop, insurance company, or repair provider.

3. AI Estimations Disclaimer

AI-generated estimates are:
• Approximate
• Calculated based on available data
• Not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• Subject to change after in-person inspection
Shops may adjust pricing after seeing the vehicle in person.
YinMo is not responsible for:
• Pricing differences
• Shop errors
• Misdiagnosis due to unclear photos

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and photos
• Not upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Not use the app for fraud or insurance manipulation
• Not reverse-engineer or copy our technology

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:
• Keeping your password secure
• All activity under your account
We may suspend your account if suspicious or harmful activity is detected.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Service Pricing

  • Clear Pricing: All applicable fees for YinMo services and subscription plans will be displayed clearly within the app before any purchase is made.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans (exclusive to Repair Shops) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable unless required by law or specific store policies.
  • Independent Shop Charges: Independent repair shops set their own pricing for parts, labor, and services. YinMo is not responsible for, and has no control over, any charges or invoices issued by repair shops to car owners.

7. Third-Party Shops

YinMo connects customers with independent repair shops.
We do not:
• Guarantee shop quality
• Control shop pricing
• Act as a repair provider
All disputes are between you and the repair shop.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, YinMo is not liable for:
• Damages arising from incorrect estimates
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Shop errors or disputes
• Vehicle repair issues
• Inaccurate AI results
Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All AI models, designs, logo, text, code, and branding belong to YINMO, LLC.
You may not:
• Copy
• Modify
• Sell
• Reverse engineer
YINMO, LLC content without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the app
• You use the app fraudulently
You may delete your account anytime.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
The State of California, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
We will notify you in the app or on our website.
